Team Bodyworks delivers performance-focused training plans specifically designed for the TriBourne events, taking into consideration the unique conditions of Eastbourne’s sea swim and the terrain on the bike and run courses.

TRIBOURNE SUPER SPRINT, SPRINT & STANDARD DISTANCE PROGRAM
This 6-week training programme will provide all the training sessions you need for the best prep leading into TriBourne 2025. In addition to the programme, athletes will get access to 3 x TBW online sessions per week with the 2 x S&Cs and 1 x Turbo.
What You’ll Receive:
- Detailed bike, run and swim sessions (pool and open water)
- Course-specific training advice
- Weekly progressive development
- Access to live online coaching:
- Strength & Conditioning – Tuesdays, 6:30am to 7:30am
- Turbo Training – Tuesdays, 6:00pm to 7:00pm
- Core Stability & Mobility – Fridays, 6:30am to 7:30am

IRONBOURNE MIDDLE DISTANCE PROGRAM
This 10-week training programme will provide all the training sessions you need for the best prep leading into IronBourne 2025. In addition to the programme, athletes will get access to 3 x TBW online sessions per week with the 2 x S&Cs and 1 x Turbo.
What You’ll Receive:
- Comprehensive 10-week progressive plan
- Distance-specific training sessions across all disciplines
- Nutrition and recovery guidance
- Race-day preparation strategies
- Access to the same weekly online coaching sessions as above

OPEN WATER SWIM SESSIONS
Open water sessions with one of the Team Bodyworks Coaches
- 1:1 Coaching: £50.00
- 2:1 Coaching: £65.00
- 3:1 Coaching: £80.00
Session will cover:
- Sighting
- Getting in and out of wetsuit
- Course familiarisation
- Reading the currents
- Understanding tides and currents
- Entering and exiting water safely
Prerequisite: Athletes should be able to swim 200m in a pool non-stop and unaided to join these sessions.
